Introducing Andrea and Jason, the new owners of We Rock The Spectrum Franklin! Their journey to entrepreneurship is deeply rooted in their personal experiences and their unwavering commitment to their son, Jacob. In 2020, amidst the challenging times of the pandemic, Andrea a New Jersey native and Jason a Memphis, TN native became proud parents, but their joy was accompanied by unexpected hurdles.
Their beloved son Jacob spent five weeks in the NICU and was later diagnosed with a chromosomal abnormality, leading to developmental delays and special needs. Drawing upon her extensive 20-year career as a Pediatric Registered Nurse, Andrea’s expertise in early intervention and therapy services became invaluable in Jacob’s development.
Meanwhile, Jason, an Automation Engineer, adapted to remote work during the pandemic. As he spent precious moments with Jacob’s in-home therapists, he eagerly absorbed new skills and techniques to provide unwavering support for his son’s growth. Witnessing Jacob’s progress firsthand inspired both Andrea and Jason to explore additional avenues for his development.
With an unwavering dedication to their son’s enrichment, Andrea and Jason enrolled Jacob in swim classes, music classes, and an inclusive early education program. It was through these channels that they discovered We Rock The Spectrum. Captivated by the inclusive and engaging environment it offered, Andrea and Jason became customers at the Franklin location.
Impressed by We Rock The Spectrum’s impact on Jacob’s growth and well-being, Andrea and Jason made the life-changing decision to transition into entrepreneurship. They saw an opportunity to create a positive impact in their community and provide other children with a safe and inclusive space to grow and thrive. Thus, they embraced the challenge of becoming the new owners of We Rock The Spectrum Franklin, bringing their passion, expertise, and personal journey to this remarkable venture.
With Andrea’s background in pediatric nursing and Jason’s diverse skill set as an automation engineer, they are poised to enhance We Rock The Spectrum Franklin’s offerings and continue to foster an environment where all children can play, learn, and flourish.
