We Rock the Spectrum – Franklin, TN is looking for fun, dedicated, and vibrant individuals with a passion for helping children, especially those with special needs. Duties include playing with children and supervising gym activities. We are looking for volunteers for:

JUNIOR COACHES IN TRAINING (C.I.T.)
The Junior CIT Program at We Rock the Spectrum – Franklin, TN is designed to offer qualified 7th and 8th graders an opportunity to prepare for positions as camp counselors or recreation leaders. We will focus on developing leadership skills, sensitivity to children, and program skills.
Is your middle schooler too old to be a camper but too young to be counselor??
